Pilotul german Sebastian Vettel (Red Bull) a reuÅŸit cel mai bun timp - 1min21sec865/1000 - miercuri, în cea de-a 2-a zi a testelor efectuate la Barcelona înaintea debutului sezonului de Formula 1.

El a fost urmat de elveÅ£ianul Sebastien Buemi (Toro Rosso) - 1min22sec396/1000 ÅŸi de rusul Vitali Petrov (Lotus Renault) - 1min22sec670/1000. 

Britanicul Lewis Hamilton (McLaren) a obÅ£inut al 4-lea timp -1:22.888, iar brazilianul Felipe Massa (Ferrari) a fost înregistrat cu al 5-lea timp - 1:23.324.
